Trusted local pickWe board the catamaran in Jan Thiel and set course for the most beautiful snorkeling spots in the area of Caracas Bay and the Spanish Waters.
Our first stop might be the famous Tugboat, a sunken tugboat completely covered in coral and sponges and surrounded by schools of tropical fish. Other snorkeling spots, such as the Saba wreck, Doggy Beach, or the Caracas Bay pier, are also possible. The exact locations vary daily depending on conditions, and our crew always chooses the best and safest spots.

I arrive on Curacao by cruise, can I join this trip?
Yes, but please plan carefully. The Catamaran Snorkel Trip departs from Mood Beach at 10:00 AM. This location is about 20–30 minutes from the Curaçao Cruise Terminal. If your cruise docks early, you’ll likely be able to check in by 9:45 AM. The trip returns at 3:00 PM. Please note: joining is at your own risk. Late arrival or no-show = no refund.
Can children join the trip?
Yes, children are welcome! Parents should be aware that this is a 5-hour boat trip with snorkeling stops. Children must always be supervised by their parents or guardians. Babies can join, but please note there are no baby facilities on board.
Do I need to be an experienced snorkeler?
Not at all. This trip is suitable for beginners and experienced snorkelers alike. Our crew is happy to assist you with gear and tips.
Is snorkel equipment included?
Yes, mask and snorkel are included. If you prefer your own set, you’re welcome to bring it along.
Are there shaded areas on the catamaran?
Yes, the catamaran has both shaded seating and open sun decks.
Can I bring valuables on board?
We advise keeping valuables to a minimum. Small personal items can be safely stored, but the crew cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
What if it rains?
The trip goes ahead in light rain. In case of extreme weather, we will contact you about rescheduling or refund options.
How many people are on the trip?
Group sizes vary, but our catamaran is spacious and designed for comfort. There’s room for everyone to snorkel, relax, or enjoy the sun.
