How do I book a tour?
You can book a tour directly through our website by selecting your desired tour and following the booking instructions. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or phone for assistance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Each tour lists its own cancellation rules on the tour page, and those rules always apply. In addition, the following terms apply to all bookings:
- No-show: No refund under any circumstance.
- Late arrival: If you arrive late and miss the departure, it is considered a no-show.
- Customer-initiated cancellations: Follow the cancellation terms provided on the specific tour page.
- Company-initiated cancellations: If a tour is cancelled due to weather or operational/safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule, whichever you prefer.
