During the course, students are introduced to the main freediving disciplines, including Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion, and Constant Weight. You will also learn the foundations of proper breathing, relaxation, equalization awareness, and how to provide safety for another diver. These are key skills for building confidence and progressing responsibly in freediving.
This course is ideal for beginners who want more than just a first taste of freediving and are ready for a structured training experience with certification. Freedive gear, video, and the certification fee are included, giving you a complete beginner package.
